Water
The Problem:
In industrial plant, industrial water, i.e. filtered ground or surface water, is generally used in heating circuits, impeller-type mixers, paddle dryers, etc. The industrial water is heated in the boiler house or by means of steam injection to a temperature of between 800C and 1950C, at pressures up to 15 bar. Generally after 2-3 months, because of the temperature, the chalk deposit in the boiler pipes has advanced so much that de-scaling of the pipes and the boiler becomes inevitable. The result: production loss, on top of heavy de-scaling costs.
Furthermore, on steel pipes, severe rusting can often also be observed.

The Solution:
Here, one or several object-specific RUBBY ® Fluid Control systems are installed. For these applications, an inspection of the plant by a specialist is always necessary.
Proof of the efficiency of our RUBBY ® Fluid Control technology has been described exhaustively under "Industrial Refrigeration /Ice Production", and is also valid for the present applications.

The Result:
When the control pipe runs are opened after 2-3 months, it can be noted that a very slight chalk film has been formed, and that, in the downstream pipes, a considerable reduction of the existing chalk build-up and rust attack has taken place. The benefit is considerably increased productivity, cost savings and less chemical pollution of the wastewater.
Practical proof has already convinced many industrial users of the well-proven high technical standard of the RUBBY ® Fluid Control technology, and of its effectiveness even under extreme conditions.
