Water is capable of containing charged submicroscopic solid particles in water molecule complexes. Because of this, these particles, present in great numbers, can no longer act as crystallisation initiation nuclei for dissolved salts (calcium, etc.). The only remaining sites for these dissolved salts to crystallise therefore, are on the surfaces of pipes, heating elements, water outlet surroundings, etc. As a result, enormous costs, expensive repairs, and heavy environmental pollution due to the use of chemical de-scaling agents, are entailed.
These problems can be prevented if a major part of the dissolved salts can be made to crystallise out onto free nuclei. This situation can be achieved by the application of suitable resonance frequencies, since these break down the water molecule complexes. In this connection, the RUBBY ® Fluid Control technology permits an application-specific adjustment by means of its programmability and optimum penetration of various types of raw materials and liquids.

Thanks to RUBBY ® Fluid Control plants, the dissolved salts crystallise out in plate form onto the released nuclei, flow away with the water current, and no longer adhere to surfaces. Proven on numerous occasions in practice, this process additionally loosens all existing surface chalk layers, and rinses it away in the water stream.

An optimum effect of the RUBBY ® Fluid Control technique is also guaranteed where there are differing flow rates, high system pressures, or very high water temperatures. Existing surface rust scales are infiltrated, stripped off, and rinsed out by means of the fine 0,5mm chalk film formed during the breakdown process. RUBBY ® Fluid Control not only removes existing corrosion problems, but also prevents them in new pipelines.
